Slim Irony Bookcase from ZEUS
The Bookcase shelf is the brandnew member of the Zeus Slim Irony design furniture family. The modern, slender bookcase can be used as wall shelf or freestandig room divider.
The frame is - similar to the other Slim Irony furniture - made of 15x15mm square steel tube, epoxy lacquered in the colour shade copper black. The solid wood shelves are made of poplar wood and finished with wax. The front edges of the shelves are kept in original shape, giving the shelf an urban archetypal character.
ZEUS
ZEUS is a design furniture collection, self-produced, distributed worldwide. Main designers are Maurizio Peregalli , Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, Franco Raggi, Marie-Christine Dorner, Ron Arad.
The choice of materials is industrial and natural at the same time, corresponding to ZEUS research of rigor and simplicity, subtracting the unnecessary and focusing on specificity of surfaces and living materials.
