SK 04 from Janua

In contrast to the SK 01 Monolith, the 5 cm thick tabletop of the SK 01 Komposit table is made not out of one, but several boards. Apart from this, this table possesses the special properties of the SK 01, for example, the unique surface treatment and the chainsaw structure. This creates a strong visual reference to the Monolith: The SK04 contains all creative accents of the original model and represents an expressive counterpart to the SK 01 Monolith. At the same time, the production process of the SK 04 Komposit is considerably simpler. The SK 04 Komposit is thus another accomplished example of the symbiosis of artistic surface design by Stefan Knopp and the production principles of JANUA® .
