BC 07 Basket® round (Exquisite wood) from Janua

The Hamburg design duo Birgit Hoffmann and Christoph Kahleyss have reinterpreted Asian dining culture. The designers combine wood, stone and metal to create a sensual round table with the characterful materials of the Janua collection. A round table top in solid wood rests on slightly curved metal struts of different widths.

All corners are rounded, including the edge of the table. It follows the shape of a pebble, also known as the "pebble edge". The BC 07 Basket® impresses with its light design and solidity of character. Its rounded pebble edge is shaped using a specially manufactured tool.

In the version offered here, the table is available in various specially finished woods. The steel frame and struts are painted in RAL 9005 deep black.
