Ro™ JH11 Designer Selection from Fritz Hansen

Matching the elegant lounge chair Ro™ JH1 Designer Selection is the practical small footstool Ro™ JH11 Designer Selection. Like the armchair, the matching footrest is also available in a special designer fabric selection with a mixture of two fabrics. The Ro™ JH11 Designer Selection footstool has the same trumpet-shaped aluminium legs as the JH1 and is thus reminiscent of Jaime Hayon's eccentric ceramic models, which often feature protruding, conical elements.

Inspired by Hayon's travels to Thailand, a collection of high-quality upholstery textiles was created for the designs. Using a combination of exclusive textiles from Kvadrat and Sahco, Hayon reinterprets the armchair and footstool, adding not only an attractive touch but also a tactile dimension to his designs. Atom by Raf Simons is an eye-catching bouclé in a wool blend with contrasting yarns for a colour-speckled presence. Kvadrat's Steelcut worsted wool and Sahco's gently ribbed Nabis fabrics in tonal colours add an exciting tactile finish to the armchair. The choice of different colour and textile combinations shows off the upholstery to its best advantage.
