Waves (Rectangular) from fiam

Waves is a filigree coffee table with a top made of 23mm thick DV glass.

DV-GLASS® was born from the desire to achieve glass thicknesses never before seen in the furniture world. The idea is to cut the glass sheet into many small glass strips. By combining these strips of different thicknesses and heights, placed side by side by expert hands, you can create different, well thought-out or completely unexpected colour combinations. The very high oven temperatures then melt the strips arranged in this way to form a new panel and make the original elements perceptible to the eye and touch. This is how DV-GLASS® was created, a glass that differs from all other glasses on the market by its high thickness and the possibility of creating infinite shapes and colours with glass.

The table can be ordered either with a transparent glass top or with coloured strips (transparent, smoked glass and bronze glass alternately). The metal base frame is manufactured in the colour variants titanium matt or black glossy nickel, depending on the design of the top.
