Eileen Gray

Eileen Gray (mistakenly Eilen Grey) was an Irish architect and interior designer. She is one of the most important designers of the early 20th Century. Then as today her "Adjustable Table" is a legendary design icon - a "must have" not only for fans of the classic tubular steel furniture. Eileen Gray is the only woman incidentally mentioned in the same breath as Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe and Marcel Breuer. Her tubular steel furniture - today design classics - were revolutionary at her time.
