The swivel chair on a stationary base with separate ottoman. The visible shell comes in glossy white or black fiberglass fitted to a four-spoke base (white or matt black) by means of a projecting strip. The chair is available with a headrest that has eight adjustable positions or without the headrest. Metallic inner structure, padding with CFC-free polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. The footrest has a glossy black or white shell and a disc base in mat black or white painted steel. The inner structure is in multiplywood and padded with CFC-free polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. Removable upholstery in fabric or leather.
Cassina
Founded by Cesare and Umberto Cassina in Meda in 1927, the company launched industrial design in Italy during the 50’s by taking a completely new approach which saw a shift from handcraftsmanship to serial production.
