The rivet rocker_new edition stands for passion for detail. Inspired by aviation legends such as the DC-3, the rivet rocker is the embodiment of this spirit. The combination of polished stainless-steel sheets, silver anodised frames and over 500 rivets lend this edition its unique characteristics.

Maximum manufacture: every single one of the more than 500 rivets is meticulously applied by hand. Another special feature is that the stainless-steel sheets are finished in a screen-printing process in order to retain an industrial chic look. The _new edition offers the possibility to choose between our standard door, transparent & the bordbar_window.

Every Trolley is produced on customer request in detailed craftsmanship in our Cologne based manufacture - this creates the Original. Aeroplane trolleys by bordbar comply with the globally recognised ATLAS-Norm, used by Lufthansa and Emirates among others. They all have one thing in common: they have all made aviation history and still show off that history in the form of scratches and blemishes.

Each rivet rocker_used edition is unique. We painstakingly restore the rivet rocker_used trolleys in our in-house manufacture and fit them with new surfaces. We make a special point of preserving the original character of each decommissioned airplane trolley.

Our used trolleys are veteran airline trolleys with an abundance of experience above the clouds. In an elaborate process they are completely refurbished, cleaned and tested for their functionality. Subsequently, an especially hard-wearing layer of lamination is applied to the bordbar_used trolleys. The rivet rocker_used models are equipped with new and riveted stainless steel panels in order to prepare them for their next mission on the ground.
